Untold Ana things:
- Pain when sitting cause spine is painfully pressed against thr chair.
- Need to go pee so often that it’s annoying
- The loud stomach growls during a test when everyone is silent… Embarrassing as hell!
- It’s true, thigh gaps are unbelievable beautiful but it’s also colder when the winter wind comes and your thighs don’t touch. Brr.
- Wanting to cook and bake and decorate your room and go be a positive person and life a live like the ones in the movies, the skinnier you get the more you feel like achieving it. But then you realize, “Yep I achieved it, but now I’m all alone”
- Feeling of not being taken seriously.
- Addiction to tumblr. I mean c'mon, be honest, we are all addicted to this social media platform because it’s perfect for us.
- Even tho it’s freezing cold outside we drink cold water.
- Green tea. I mean I need to drink this but let’s be honest with ourselves, it’s not delicious.
- Wanting to eat so bad that it physically hurts but your mind gets so strong that your like, just eating when you need to.
- If you’re, like me, still living with your fam, then you know what this point feels like. Your laying in bed and try to figure out what you are allowed to eat the next day, then you remember your mom wants to cook something and your like “Fuck this, I won’t eat anything besides that dish my mom’s gonna prepare so that it’s not getting to obvious”
- Parents forcing you to eat. Ugh.
- Feeling like being treated like a 4 year old, but actually know that you should be an adult by know. They ask you: “Did you eat for breakfast properly?” ,“Did you already have lunch?” And the worst case (at least for me) “I cooked something for you!”
- Coming to hate it when people cook your favorite meal.
- Carving for Burger King or McDonalds but not being able to go because there’s Ana, reminding you not to go there.
- If you were a junk food addict like I was (I love pizza, burgers, french fries, sugar and coke addicted etc.) you’ve got such a hard time not to eat it while others do. UGH THATS THE WORST.

Anyways I will find a way to do it
Little things I’ve noticed ever since I started losing weight.
🍯I can feel my chest bones and it’s so satisfying to feel the little dip between each bone
🍯I can feel the top of my spine in my neck and trace each individual vertebrae
🍯if I’m ever hunched over and I run my finger over my spine my fingers dip a little with each vertebrae
🍯my hipbones are visible when I’m lying down to the point where they’re the only thing that’s keeping my jeans up
🍯my collarbones are so satisfying to touch
🍯I can trace out each rib with my fingers and feel a dip every new rib
🍯I can feel the “top bits” of my shoulder blade and see then poking out if I look in the mirror
🍯my fingers wrap around my hand further up than they used to
🍯all the sleeves in my tee shirts have gone baggy and before they would be too tight
🍯my sweatpants and pajama pants have become to loose at the waist
🌿even though you may not see a difference in the mirror, you are changing and it’s worth it🌿
note: I don’t promote restrictions or unhealthy eating habits to anyone and simply made this to motivate myself

Weight Loss Tips
Here are a few tips for weight loss, and I’ll add more as we go. Almost like a masterlist? Yes.
- Drink a whole bottle of water after you wake up
- Green tea before and after workout
- Work out for 10 minutes after you wake up
- Lift weights in the morning and afternoon
- Get eight hours of sleep
- Limit your stress
- Don’t eat in front of a TV
- If you’re craving foods but you know you’re not hungry, try eating a pickle, a bottle of water and/or green tea.
- Black coffee only
- Limit sugar and sodium
- Workout while watching TV (or anything to make use of that TV time)
- 8 or more cups of water per day
- Try to go for 30 minutes of working out per day (light activity) and 30 more additional minutes of being active (such as light dancing, or walking at a brisk pace.)
- Have easy, low calorie soups and broths to fill you up without the extra calories.
- Celery. Literally a life saver. Low calorie and fulfilling.
- Drink water before a meal so your brain has time to tell you when you’re full.
- Stretch before and after a workout so you aren’t sore and weak.
- Time manage and meal prep

Cardio work out machines are actually best in intervals. It allows more fat to be burned in between intervals while your heart rate is still up.

If you don’t have a work out machine at home or a membership to a gym, you can also jump rope, which is great exercise, walk, jog, or dance. Look up all the ways you can mindlessly burn calories such as tapping your foot.
